The organization Women We Admire has named our colleague Kathrin Hashemi to the list of The Rising Star Women Leaders in Business Consulting & Services for 2025.

A Director at KCIC, Kathrin is a litigation management expert who partners with clients to navigate the complexities of mass tort litigation. Leveraging KCIC’s advanced technology and her deep case expertise, she enables clients to obtain actionable insights from their litigation data, manage case filings and resolutions efficiently, optimize insurance recoverability, and streamline litigation processes.

In addition, Kathrin is dedicated to advancing thought leadership in her field. She has written extensively on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in litigation management, and she frequently shares her expertise through speaking engagements at industry conferences and by serving on several national legal organization committees.

Kathrin holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, where she completed a STEM-designated program. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Public Health Studies from The Johns Hopkins University. Learn more about Kathrin here.
